Total Personnel Solutions is eager to hire a dynamic Manager of Recruitment to join our rapidly growing team.
Currently employed as a Recruiting Manager or a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Recruitment with a focus on workforce planning and recruiting
Build, engage, manage and develop a team of high-performing recruiting staff in an extremely fast-paced environment that are accountable for filling various positions per year with the right talent.
Set team performance goals and metrics, timelines and a formal tracking process to measure and manage progress.
Proactively build diverse candidate pools while leveraging all available talent channels to expedite the recruitment of market-specific talent.
Inform team on sourcing best practices and help team deliver the right results for the business to achieve their talent demand goals each year.
Partner with key stakeholders to determine future talent needs; this requires a deep understanding through extensive market research of the channels where we can find the best, diverse talent who fit our technical and cultural demands.
Develop and execute plans to identify and drive productivity improvements that enable the team to deliver to hiring goals.
Be an effective manager to the business at the senior levels and build hiring strategies to ensure we hire the right talent into the right roles.
Lead your team to be excellent assessors of talent based on business-specific values, culture competencies and skill set.
Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong client relationships with senior executives.
Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills to deal effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Sound analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills with an ability to understand broad Human Resources issues and resolve conflict situations in an effective manner.
Strong leadership and multi-tasking abilities
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
Excellent communication skills
Bilingualism would be considered an asset
3+ years of experience leading a recruiting team
Experience defining and delivering complex recruiting strategies
Experience working with recruiting tools and systems, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets
Experience utilizing metrics and data to drive decision-making
Experience utilizing data and analytical skills to create, measure, and scale workflows to achieve accelerated hiring goals
A proven track record of influencing senior leaders on recruiting strategies
Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member
